Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services provided by SOLIMAN MARKETING SERVICES LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We provide digital marketing services including but not limited to search engine optimization, paid advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, analytics, and brand strategy. Specific services, deliverables, and terms will be outlined in individual service agreements.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as needed for services
• Grant necessary access to accounts and platforms
• Review and approve content and campaigns in a timely manner
• Pay for services according to agreed-upon terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 15 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in suspension of services.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables created specifically for them. We retain ownership of our proprietary methods, tools, and general strategies. We may use non-confidential work samples in our portfolio with client permission.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes business strategies, customer data, and other sensitive information.

While we strive to deliver excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, traffic levels, or conversion rates. Marketing results depend on many factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, and client factors.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of services rendered through the termination date.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Manatee County, Florida.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
